Jason's March 2013 Supplement StackIt’s that time again; time post my updated supplement stack for March 2013. I’m taking several new supplements for the first time this month. One of the biggest changes is I’m trying out CytoSport 100% Whey Protein. Most of you know I’ve been using Dymatize Elite Whey for a few years now and have only strayed once or twice to try a new protein powder. The reason I don’t switch proteins that often is many of them give me stomach issues, so I usually play it safe and stick with what works. However, I was at Costco and noticed the bags of CytoSport whey, and decided to pick up a bag. Another reason I’m trying this because CytoSport is the maker of Muscle Milk, and as I love Muscle Milk protein shakes (as I’m sure most of you do as well!). So I figured their whey protein would taste good too.

AS Research Hyper Gain is another new supplement I’m taking, which I’m also promoting (the link goes to my Hyper Gain review so check it out. Do it.). And I’m also trying out a new pre workout product called Beta-Cret.

When I ordered Hyper Gain I got 2 bottles. I’m taking it before I workout as the label instructs but I plan on taking the next round post workout as I feel creatine is more effective post workout, and usually whatever pre workout supplement I’m taking already has creatine in it. Xtend is a BCAA supplement I took a while ago and decided to get back on it. I usually switch up my BCAA supplements quite a bit.
