Jason’s October 2013 Supplement Stack
Once again, my apologies for posting this so late in the month but there are good reasons for that this time. One is I’m trying out a brand new line of supplements for pre and post workout times, which are extremely awesome (Mike Spinner’s EVL – Evlution Nutrition supplements). I’ll go into more details below and also share my ENGN pre workout review from EVL. I started taking these supplements towards the end of last month and I’m ordering another round which will cover this month and some of next.
Another exciting component to this month’s supplement stack is I’m jumping on two supplements that I’ve taken in the past but have never taken them together: from Universal Nutrition, Animal Test and GH Max. I just ordered these supplements from IllPumpYouUp.com and will actually start them next week. I’m anxious to see how well these two supplements work together as it’s a ‘test and GH’ stack.
Supplement Stack for Oktober (October)
Dymatize Whey Protein
EVL ENGN (pre workout)
EVL RE-BLD (post workout)
EVL A-10 (post workout)
Universal Animal Pak
Universal Animal Test
Universal GH Max
If you’ve been following my supplement stack posts you’ll see the only supplement that has remained consistent this month is my trusted Dymatize protein powder. I’ve taken all of the Universal Nutrition supplements before, and Animal Pak has been a part of several previous supplement stacks. As I stated above, I can’t wait to see the effects of Animal Test and GH Max. I’ve gotten good results from both in the past but now I’m taking them together.
I want to take some time to praise Mike Spinner for adding a superior line of quality supplements! I was very skeptical at first, as with any new supplement line. But this pre workout, ENGN from EVL, is quite amazing. For more info, I have a video and written review for ENGN here:
I’m also extremely pleased with the results from the post workout EVL supplements I’m taking. Actually, A-10 is a BCAA formula and can be used for pre, intra, and post workout (and any time during the day for that matter). I choose to mix A-10 with RE-LD, which is creatine based post workout supplement (it also contains some BCAAs, beta alanine, and other effective ingredients for recovery). I’ll have reviews on those as well soon.
I have a feeling that next month’s supplement stack will be the same!
