Jason’s December 2014 Supplements
Here we are at the tail end of 2014 with the supplements I’m finishing out this year with. It’s pretty much the same as last month’s supplement stack with one change. Universal Nutrition just came out with a new amino acid product called ‘Juiced Aminos.’ There was a buy 1 get 1 free deal so I figured I’d give it a try. Juiced Aminos replaced the Atomic 7, also from Universal, that I had been taking for the past couple of months.
The goal of this supplement stack was to gain some strength while losing a little body fat. For the most part, I’m on the right track. The Universal Storm is, in my opinion, one of the better creatine supplements that helps you get strong. It’s great for building mass as well. For decreasing body fat I have been taking the new Instant Knockout. You can check out my Instant Knockout Review here.
> Dymatize Elite Whey Protein
> Universal Animal Pak
> Universal Shock Therapy (pre workout)
> Universal Storm (post workout)
> Universal Juiced Aminos (post workout)
> Instant Knockout (extreme fat burner)
Most of these supplements will carry over until January. I still have my 2nd can of Juiced Aminos and I just picked up for Dymatize Elite Whey and Animal Pak at Southern Muscle here in Brandon a couple days ago. I may switch out the Storm for something else as I would liked to try another creatine supplement. Creatine is one of those old school supplements that I’ll probably always be on.
I’m also taking fish oil twice a day. I’m looking to add something for liver and kidney support next month. Even though I train hard, I’m sure taking in all the protein and supplements can take a toll on your body over time. I’ll also be starting a new testosterone booster called Prime Male next month. I have a basic overview written up on here which I will be adding to once I start taking it next month. More to come on that.
