Post Workout Shake with Prime Male

Post Workout Shake and Prime MaleThis is going to be a two-part post. I’m sharing my post workout shake recipe as well as my first week’s experience with a testosterone enhancing supplement I just started taking. This is my morning concoction of nutrition and supplements for post workout.

The testosterone booster I recently started taking is specifically designed for men over 30. Being that I’ll be 40 this year, I fall deeply into that category. This is a supplement you take 4 times per day with meals, so I take my first capsule with my post workout shake.

Post Workout Shake Receipe

> 2 scoops of whey protein

> 1 teaspoon of all natural peanut butter

> 1 banana

> 1 serving of frozen dark berries

> 8 ounces of water

I usually make my protein shakes for the next day the night before (post workout and I also drink another shake around 3:30PM between lunch and dinner). This way I can down my post workout shake quickly as soon as I get home from the gym. I recently started adding a frozen berry mix, which is blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. There’s a ton of nutrition, vitamins, and antioxidents in this shake.

Prime Male Testosterone Booster

I’m starting to see and feel some benefits of Prime Male, the natural testosterone booster for men over 30. Getting these ingredients in my system 4 times throughout the day has had a great impact on my overall energy levels and I feel a bit more rejuvenated overall. I’m also noticing some slight strength gains.

By my final week of taking Prime Male I’m hoping to be harder and more defined. Although this isnt a fat burner the ingredients in Prime Male, and boosting test in general, should render a fat burning effect and should enhance definition. Of course I’m watching my diet a little closer as well.

Stay tuned for more to come on Prime Male. For now, you can check out my Prime Male Review (I will finish this review once I’ve taken it for 30 days).
