I never got around to posting my supplement stack in February so I’m covering this month and last as my supplements will remain the same. One of the major changes is I’m taking the powder form of Gaspari’s Anavite. I’ve taken the capsule form before so I decided to try the powder this time.
Everything else is pretty much the same. I’m still taking Super Pump 3.0 and plan to buy another round soon. I like this product because I get a great pump, sustainable energy, and it contains a decent dose of BCAAs. I need that since I train first thing in the morning and don’t eat anything before my workout.

> Dymatize Creatine Monohydrate (post workout)
> Gaspari Super Pump 3.0 (pre workout)
> Gaspari Anavite (multi-vitamins; powder form)
> PES Amino IV (intra and post workout)
One thing that’s somewhat new is I’m taking pure creatine monohydrate with my post workout shake, which contains plenty of protein and simple carbs (banana and berries). I mix it with my first serving of Anavite. I also take a teaspoon on honey at this time. The aminos, Amino IV from Physique Enhancing Science, are taking two times during my workout. I mix one scoop at the beginning of my workout and 2 scoops for during my cardio which is right after my weight training.
I’ll be finishing my 2nd bottle of Prime Male, the new testosterone booster for men over 30. I’ve enjoyed the results from this product. I’ve gotten a lot leaner yet my strength is still about the same. It seems this helped me lose water weight as well as body fat. My muscle definition has come out more duet to this and that was my goal.
