Back, Biceps and Outrage

This is a two-part post. I want to share my back and biceps workout along with the Nutrex Outrage review I created last week. This has been my pre workout supplement for the past couple of months. I’m on my second canister as we speak. But first I’ll go over this mornings back and biceps workout.

I’ve been going pretty heavy lately but the rules changed this morning. I started out with supersets and that took away a lot of my strength for the remainder of the workout. I know this goes against the rules but I can tell you I reached complete muscle exhaustion.

Back Workout

Plate-Loaded Rows Wide Grip: 4 x 12-15

Plate-Loaded Rows Close Grip: 4 x 8-10
Lat Pulldowns: 5 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 20
Hammer Strength Low Rows: 4 x 12
Hammer Strength High Rows: 3 x 12
Chest-Rest Dumbbell Rows: 3 x 12

Biceps Workout

EZ Bar Curls: 4 x 12
Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 3 x 10
Preacher Curls: 4 x 8, 8, 8, 20

Nutrex Outrage Review

As you’ve seen in my past couple of supplement stack posts, I’ve been taking Nutrex Outrage for about two months now. Whenever I pick up a second container that usually means the pre workout is working! I usually switch it up whenever I run out but I’ve chosen to stay on Outrage.

This stuff gives me that surge and I need that first thing in the morning. I had been taken pre workouts that are more pump and amino based. Some of those are great but I was missing that extreme energy, and Outrage grants me that. It’s also great for explosive power. Check out my full Outrage review below.
