Last Hotel Workout – Full Body

To many of you I’m saying good morning. However, I’m still in Bangkok and we’re 12 hours ahead so it’s good afternoon here and to anyone else on this side of the world. I wanted to post my final workout at the Novatel hotel In Fitness gym where we’ve been staying (Siam district of Bangkok).

Full Body Workout

Chest press machine:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Lat pulldowns:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Lateral raises:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Rope tricep extensions:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Dumbbell curls:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Leg curls:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Leg extensions:
2 rest-pause sets x 15 reps

Novatel Bangkok In Fitness Gym Siam

I decided to do a full body workout this morning. I basically chose one exercise per body part and did 2 rest-pause sets for each. This forced me to go to complete muscle failure, which is a change from the extensive high volume workouts I was doing before my vacation. My goal was to collectively get 15 reps from each rest-pause set and for the most parts, that’s what I got.

So now my Thailand vacation is almost over. We start our journey back to home in a few hours. We’re flying from Bangkok to Tokyo, Tokyo to Houston, then Houston to Tampa. It’s been an amazing 2.5 weeks in this beautiful country. I’ll be posting some more thoughts on our trip later so stay tuned.
