We all know that our diet is 75% of building muscle mass and getting ripped. And most of us know the basics of what to eat.
The problem is we don’t have time to plan our meals. Well, rather, we make excuses (I just called us all out!) But seriously, planning our meals for the week can be a bit overwhelming with all of life’s responsibilities, right?
I’m currently trying what I consider an easy meal planning system called BulkBites. I came across this a couple of weeks ago and decided to give it a shot. And I’m glad I did.
What is Bulk Bites?
Bulk Bites is an easy meal planning system that allows you to create your own calorie-specific diet plan. It’s extremely intuitive and gives you the ability to click on the meals you like, and create your meal plan within seconds.
BulkBites gives you a ton of meals and each meal contains the number of calories and macro-nutrients. This makes it easy to personalize your diet plan, making this a great system for gaining mass or getting ripped, or whatever your goals may be.

Easy Meal Planning for Bodybuilders
So far I’m enjoying this easy meal planning system. It’s by far the most user-friendly meal plan I’ve ever tried.
BulkBites includes shopping lists (we all know shopping can be frustration!) and recipe scaling. And there’s also tips for planning pre and post workout meals so that you have adequate energy and recovery.
I’m pretty excited about BulkBites. And I’ll keep you update on my meal plans and progress!
