Most of us listen to music while we workout. It’s motivating, keeps us focused on our workout, and often detours other people from bothering us between sets. And there’s no better style of music that fits the workout music genre than heavy metal.
I want to share a new album that fits the genre of aggressive metal workout music. The best thing about it is that it’s all instrumental metal. No vocals, no distractions.

Heavy Metal Workout II
Heavy Metal Workout II was released in August 2017, and is the second album in a series of instrumental metal workout music albums. This second album faster and more aggressive than the first.
This aggressive metal workout music was written and recorded specifically for people who train hard in the gym, and are looking for extreme focus and motivation. You could say the Heavy Metal Workout II album is like a pre-workout supplement.
The guitars are driving and fast, and there’s a lot of double bass drumming. It’s like melodic death metal music but without the vocals. The music is fast-paced there are no stops or slow-downs; the goal of this aggressive metal workout music is to keep you in that zone to do more weight, sets, and reps.
Why Aggressive Metal Workout Music?
There’s just something about listening to heavy metal music while working out that just makes you forget about everything else and focus solely on the weights. Personally, I don’t train without it.
And for me, the heavier, the better workout I get. So I usually opt for aggressive metal workout music, especially for my heavy days. It provides extreme motivation and also helps you focus, which is what you need when you’re lifting heavy weights!
