When you hear the term ‘diet’ you probably immediately think of boring and tasteless. Many of my bodybuilder friends are known for their typical chicken and vegetables. I can’t quite hack that, which is why I’m giving you my thoughts on Anabolic Cooking.

Anabolic Cooking is packed with healthy food choices, meal plans, diet tips, cooking recipes, and more. The exciting part, for me anyway, is the meals aren’t from the typical bodybuilder diet. They’re actually some tasty recipes.
Dave Ruel, creator of Anabolic Cooking, shows us how to prepare delicious and tasty meals that we’ll enjoy eating. Dave is known as “The Muscle Cook” and hold certifications in nutrition (CFT, NWS). I always like to see reputable credentials before spending time and money on any product.
Muscle Building Fat Burning Recipes
I want to touch on the types of receipts before digging into my Anabolic Cooking review. The challenge for people like us is we want to build muscle and burn body fat simultaneously. My first thought is: ‘Is that even possible?‘
We’re often told that we need to focus on one or the other. So we end up in what’s called bulking and cutting phases, fluctuating back and forth with gaining and losing. That’s not a healthy approach.
Anabolic Cooking has provides balanced meals with the proper nutrients we need to do both. The recipes give us the adequate protein we need for recovery and rebuilding lean muscle tissue. And these meals are also designed to regulate our metabolism so that we can burn fat and have energy throughout the day.
Anabolic Cooking Review
I was surprised at the some of the recipes. Foods like pancakes and muffins; I would think those would be out of the question. But after digging in deeper and looking at the ingredients used and how they’re made, it’s clear to see your body will use these nutrients jump-start your metabolism.
Of course there are some typical recipes that are included. Chicken and rice, lean protein source with vegetables, etc. This is what I call the typical bodybuilder diet.
The difference is in the way Anabolic Cooking instructs you to prepare and cook. What would seemingly be bland and boring actually comes out quite tasty.
Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a free for all where you can eat whatever junk food you want. But it does proves to us that we can build muscle and get ripped through a diet plan that we actually enjoy.

Anabolic Cooking is designed to turn your body into a muscle building and fat burning machine through proper nutrition. Now, there is a caveat to this. You need to be working out consistency to get the most from this diet plan.
I’ll tell you this up front; you need to have a solid weight training program and cardio routine in place. Working out and diet go hand-in-hand. And one without the other is almost a waste.
