Jason's Budget Supplement Stack
This is an inexpensive and extremely effective supplement stack. I cover 4 basic supplements I feel you need if you're serious about building muscle and strength training. I'm not necessarily advertising specific brands or products but I'm sharing some supplements that I've gotten solid results from. My goal here is to save you hundreds of dollars you might be spending (or think you have to spend) each month on bodybuilding and performance enhancing supplements by giving you the foundation of what's really needed.

The basics; you can indeed spend a lot of money on supplements if you allow yourself to. And it's easy to get caught up in all the marketing hype. I even get overwhelmed at times with all of the products out there and all the claims.
