Effective Muscle Building Program

The best way to describe my weight training workout program is that it’s built on classic weightlifting techniques. There are some core, foundational exercises that have worked since the beginning of time, and guess what? They still work today!

With that, you’ll also be doing a variety of techniques to help increase your intensity and going beyond what you thought you couldn’t do. In turn, this leads to even greater muscle growth.

The unique part of this program is I have you making subtle changes to your workouts every 2 weeks. It’s a fact that your gains can become stagnant with the same workouts. Why? Because your body adapts. And the more experienced you are, the quicker it adapts.

I don’t believe you have to change your entire workout program to get results, especially if what you’re doing is working for you. But it’s a good idea to make small incremental changes here and there to keep your muscles shocked and growing.
