This section I'll cover my current workout routines. I'll try my best to keep this section updated; once I change up my workout plan I'll move the old workout to another page so you can go back to my archived workouts. I don't change my workouts too often with the exception of subtle changes here and there to shock my muscles. None the less, I do switch plans from time to time. One thing to note is even when I do make changes to my workout routine I always incorporate basic compound movements as I feel these are best for build dense muscle.
