Jason's Current Supplement Stack

This is my current supplement stack and I'll do my best to keep this page updated. There are a hand full of what I call staple supplements that I consistently take which include some sort of multi-vitamin, protein powder, and pre & post workout formulas. Anything beyond that is an extra and will more than likely change here and there. For example, I may take one supplement for a couple months then lay off for a month or so. I'm also always trying out new supplements as well; some I may stay on longer or use again at some point while others I may never use again if I see it had no impact. At the end of the day it's all about trial and error and finding out what supplements work (as well as do not work) for you.

Jason's Supplement Stack Updated on February 14th, 2012

As I've finished out a few supplements over the past couple of weeks my supplement stack is currently the simplest it's been in a while. I'm sticking with the basics; protein, multi's, BCAA's, pre workout, and creatine. One major change is that I bought a 5 lb. tub of Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion Probiotic protein powder. I've been taking Dymatize whey protein (and sometimes their Gourmet version which is a whey/casein blend) consistently for a couple of years now. But I've been wanting to try MyoFusion especially this new Probiotic version (I'll have a review on this in a couple weeks).  I'm still taking Animal Rage for my pre workout but will be ordering USPlabs Jack3d this week and will alternate Jack3d and Animal Rage every few days. I've taken Jack3ed before and responded well to it. As I'm running out of Xtend I'm going to start taking Universal's Atomic 7 again for my BCAA's. As much as I love Universal Storm and feel it's one of the better creatine products out there, I'm going to use VPX NO Synthesize immediately post workout. Synthesize gives you everything you need as far as creatine and BCAA's post workout. I took this about a year ago or so and noticed that I got harder and stronger so I'm going to jump back on it for a change. Speaking of that, when I run out of Animal Rage I may alternate Jack3ed and NO Shotgun for a while.

VPX NO Synthesize - this review is on the NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize stack that I wrote up a year or so ago; I plan on writing separate reviews for each soon. I did the initial review on both because Shotgun and Synthesize are essentially the same with the exception that Synthesize does not contain any stimulants.
