Ingredients for my Jason's Metal Mass Protein Shake
> 10-12 ounces of milk (2% or whole)
> 2 bananas
> 2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter
> 1 teaspoon of honey
> 2 scoops of whey protein
This shake is perfect for post workout as it gives you plenty of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. I usually drink this shake within 30 minutes of my workout (I take a creatine and amino acid supplement immediately after my workout usually during cardio, which I do a little of after the weights).
Jason's Metal Mass Protein Shake
As I consider myself a recreational bodybuilder and have a passion for the weights my greatest passion in life is music. I'm mainly a guitar player but also play other instruments and I write music and songs. Those of you who know me know I write and play mostly metal (melodic/progressive/power metal).
