Post Workout Supplement Stack
This is a post workout supplement stack that I use immediately after my weight training routine. It's a very basic stack and includes some simple ingredients. There are a ton of post workout stacks that have a combination of ingredients. Though I do use the premade formulas often there are times when I prefer to make my own with individual supplements so I know exactly how much of everything I'm getting. You'll more than likely find that it's more cost effective to make your own post workout stack buying the supplements individually. Also, often times premade formulas may not have enough of a particular ingredient (ex: a post workout formula may only contain 2.5 grams of glutamine but you may want at least 5 grams).

4-5 grams of BCAA's (branched chain amino acids)
5-7 grams of glutamine
10 grams of creatine monohydrate
