Men’s Ultra Daily Review

Multi-vitamins are probably the most important supplement you can take. I know too many hardcore weight lifters and bodybuilders that take protein, creatine, testosterone boosters, pre workout supplements, etc., yet they’ll only buy multi-vitamins if they have the extra after all the other stuff. However, as you get older your priorities shift a little. You still want to be big and strong, but your health becomes of ultimate importance over anything else. At least is should. That being said, I want to share my review of Men’s Ultra Daily from Twin Lab.

What is and what’s in Men’s Ultra Daily?

Men’s Ultra Daily is a powerful multi-vitamin that promotes energy, is clinically shown to promote prostate health, and supports health and wellness. It’s not in a fancy bottle and is not advertised as a hardcore training pack like many other multi-vitamin supplements. However, Men’s Ultra Daily does contain adequate doses of the essential vitamins and minerals you need if you’re an athlete or living an active lifestyle. The one thing on the front of the label that stuck out to me is ‘clinically shown to promote prostate health.’ At the time of writing this review (July 2013), I’m a couple of year shy of 40 so things like prostate and overall health are becoming more of a priority, as I stated above.

Twin Lab Men’s Ultra Daily also contains a trace mineral complex among the hefty doses of vitamins and minerals. And you’ll see the Prostate Health Blend and Energy and Stamina Blend on the label of Men’s Ultra Daily. A few other ingredients in this Twin Lab multi-vitamin supplement you may not see in other multi-vitamins are Boron, Vanadium, Choline, Inositol, PABA, and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA).

My Use/Dosage of Twin Lab Men’s Ultra Daily

Twin Lab Men’s Ultra Daily instructs you to take four capsules daily, preferably at mealtime. Most multi-vitamins need to be take with food and I’ve always taken my with my post workout shake in the mornings, which is when I also take one serving of fish oil. Some multi-vitamins advise you to split the doses and take it twice a day. But nothing on the Men’s Ultra Daily label states that, so I took all four at once with my post workout shake.

My Experience with Men’s Ultra Daily

Twin Lab Mens Ultra DailyOne of the things I want to bring up about me taking Men’s Ultra Daily is that I had been out of multi-vitamins for a couple of weeks. This is rare for me, as multi’s are a top priority in my supplement regimen, but we were in the process of moving and many of my daily routines took a back seat during that time. Most of you have moved once or more in your life, so I’m sure you can relate. That being said, my energy and overall mood was down. The week I started taking Twin Lab Men’s Ultra Daily, I begin feeling more energy throughout the day and my overall well-being was noticeably enhanced.

Men’s Ultra Daily has provided exactly what I expect from a quality multi-vitamin formula from a reputable supplement manufacturer. I have the energy I need, I sleep better, feel better overall, and just feel more healthy in general. I cannot attest to any effects on prostate, but it’s loaded with ingredients like Nettle, Pygeum, Selenium, Lycopene, and Saw Palmetto. I’ve done a little research on a few of these ingredients and they’re known to promote prostate health.

Pros: Has all of the essential vitamins and minerals, contains a trace mineral complex, promotes prostate health, provides daily energy, enhances mood and well-being, and is relatively inexpensive.

Cons: I don’t find any negatives with Men’s Ultra Daily.

As I stated in the video, Twinlab has been around for decades. To me, they’ve stood the test of time in the bodybuilding industry (although Twin Lab supplements aren’t just for bodybuilders; they also have a huge line of supplements that cater to health and wellness). Men’s Ultra Daily seems to be exactly what it claims to be; an advanced multi-vitamin and mineral complex. At first, my mental state of mind was like ‘I’m not taking a hardcore training pack!’ However, I clearly feel the difference with Men’s Ultra Daily (as opposed to not taking any multi-vitamin/mineral supplement). In my opinion, Men’s Ultra Daily is certainly worth taking, especially for men that are close to or over 40 years old.
