I’m a little late getting this out as usual (although sometimes my supplements from the prior month carry over and nothing changes at the beginning of the month). But here’s my supplement stack for April 2013. Not much changed except for going back to my trusted Dymatize Elite Whey protein (from the CytoSport 100% Whey I was taking in March). And I’m also trying a new pre workout supplement (as of now I’ve been on it for a couple weeks); Gaspari Nutrition Superdrive.

I’m missing one important element…what is it? Multi-vitamins. It’s rare that I go without taking a daily multi-vitamin. I ran out of Opti-Men and forgot to pick up more the last time I bought supplements. I’m thinking of getting back on Gaspari’s Anavite. I’ll probably pick some up this week.
Everything else is the same as last month. I’m on my 2nd bottle of ASR Hyper Gain which has provided me with a little extra power in the gym. I’ll be out by the end of the month and will probably try a new creatine product, or I still have some Universal Storm left so I may just finish that off. I’m also almost out of the Nature’s Valley Fish oil and will be trying another brand, so you’ll probably see that change in my May 2013 supplement stack. That’s about it for now.
