Ok, it’s time to switch it up again and I’ve scaled my supplement plan down to an extremely basic supplement stack. I’m a little late on posting this as I started most of this stack a couple weeks ago, and the testosterone booster (TestoFuel) is something I’m almost done with. But I’ll add that in anyway. I’m still taking my essentials like my protein powder, fish oil, and multi vitamins. But I stopped taking extra BCAAs and I’m not taking any special post workout formula. Instead, I’m only taking creatine monohydrate. Yes, the old school creatine! And I’ve added a new pre workout supplement that I’m trying for the first time.
Here’s the stack:
> Dymatize Whey Protein Isolate
> Opti-Men Optimum Nutrition (multi vitamins)
> PROLAB Creatine Monohydrate (post workout)
> Driven Sports Craze (pre workout)
> TestoFuel (all natural testosterone supplement)
I’m taking the creatine monohydrate by PROLAB twice a day; about 8 grams in the morning with my post workout shake and another 8 grams in the evening with my dinner. I also take my Opti-Men vitamins and fish oil twice a day (Opti-men recommends 3 capsules per day but I’m taking 4; 2 twice a day with my post workout shake and at dinner).
Craze by Driven Sports is a new pre workout supplement that I’m trying for the first time. It’s not loaded with as many stimulants as some of the other pre workout products I’ve taken. Perhaps I needed a break from the harsh stimulants.
As of today I’m almost done with taking TestoFuel, which is a great all natural testosterone supplement loaded with essential nutrients proven to increase testosterone levels. I plan on trying another new test booster as soon as I’m done with TestoFuel in another week.
