New Supplement Stack March 2015I just got back from Southern Muscle here in Brandon, FL. I realize I just posted my supplement stack for February and March but I didn’t realize how low I was on pretty much everything. Since I had been taking most of these supplements for two months or more I decided to switch things up a little.

I’ve got a couple new supplements here that I’ve never tried. But  the types of supplements remain the same. I usually go for a pre workout that contains amino acids and provides sustainable energy (I’ve gotten away from the concentrated stuff). And I like my amino acids (BCAAS) during my weight training and again during cardio. Protein and vitamins are standard and I’ll often be on a testosterone booster or fat burner (these are usually products I promote here like TestoFuel, Prime Male, and Instant Knockout; I’m actually almost done with two cycles of Prime Male so I did not include it in this stack).

Big Jarrod (co-owner of Southern Muscle) pointed me in the right direction for a new pre workout I’ve yet to try. I’ll be starting Outlift from Nutrex tomorrow morning. The highlight of this pre workout is one servings contains eight grams of Citrulline (mot supplements with Citrullune contain a mere 1-2 grams). Do a search on this and you’ll see a ton of benefits when dosed effectively. So that’s my new pre workout. And I’m also switching my vitamins up to Nutrex Armor-V (this stuff has ‘greens’ in it).

Southern Muscle always has these extreme deals on Thursdays so I also got free creatine monohydrate as well as a free lbs of Nutrex Muscle Infusion protein today. It’s been a while since I’ve tried another protein powder so this will be interesting. Since we’re in the middle of March I anticipate staying on this same supplement regimen throughout April as well.
