It’s Labor Day weekend here in the U.S. and I’m getting ready to do something completely unrelated to what I’m talking about in my post: BBQ some ribs and kick back some beers! I’m a beer snob so I only drink premium or craft beers. Anyway, it’s time to post my current supplement stack. In fact, this is what I’ve been taking last month and will probably carry over into next month.
My supplement stacks are usually basic. Whey protein and vitamins are the staples. I do rely on pre workout supplements. Part of that is because I wake up around 4:20AM to go train. I like having the aminos to sup on during and after my workouts. And I’m either throwing in a fat burner or test booster throughout the day (sometimes both).
Jason’s Supplement Stack of the Month
♦ Dymatize Elite Whey Protein
♦ Universal Nutrition Animal Pak
♦ Nutrex Outage (pre workout)
♦ Nutrex Outlift (pre workout)
♦ PES AMINO IV (intra/
♦ Instant Knockout (fat burner)
I can say I notice a huge difference in my overall energy being back on Animal Pak. I strayed from this for a while but I always come back to this for my multi-vitamin. I think I’ll stick with it for a while. for pre workouts, I’m alternating Nutrex’s Outlift and Outrage. This is so my body doesn’t get used to one.
The PES (Physique Enhancing Science) AMINO IV is something you’ve seen in my recent stacks but I haven’t talked about it much. I’ll have a review up soon. This stuff has become my favorite amino acid supplement. It’s great for intra and post workout and really enhances recovery.
Lastly, I’m still taking Instant Knockout to help tighten up a bit. Yes I know the ribs and beer contradict this, but today is an exception. Everything in moderation. But this stuff is great for that extra energy boost and it does indeed compliment your diet and training (as long as you’re not eating junk often).
