Alright, so I finally got in a real workout with some real weights! I know I’m on vacation and supposed to relax but I had planned to do a little workout a few times while here.
This workout was at the Dusit Princess hotel in Chang Mai, Thailand. This is such a beautiful place! I was surprised to see free weights, several benches, and a dumbbell rack that went up to 50 lbs. I hit some chest, back and arms.
Chiang Mai Dusit Princess Workout
Bench press: 7 x 12, 10, 8, 6, 6, 8, 12
Dumbbell Flyes: 4 x 12
Dumbbell rows: 4 x 12
Barbell rows: 4 x 12
Dumbbell curls: 3 x 8
Overhead Extensions: 3 x 10
At the time of this post we’re now in Khao Yai (within Pak Chong), at the Chateau de Khaoyai resort. I probably won’t be working out here as the place we’re staying is very secluded. But we’ll be in Bangkok in a few days and I plan to hit the gym some there.
