PreFIERCE Pre-Workout Ingredients

Before we dive into my review and personal experience with PreFIERCE pre-workout, let’s take a look at the label.

And there’s one thing I’d like to point out first. The PreFierce label tells you the precise amount of each ingredient. There are no hidden ingredients or proprietary blends (that’s a personal peeve of mine with most supplements).

Also, it contains 21 servings. For me, this lasts for about 5 weeks. I train 5-days a week but I don’t quite take a full scoop. And I’ve never had to increase the dosage to get the desired effects.

If you look closely, there are two things that will stick out:

  1. All of these ingredients are essential to energy, mental focus, and increasing blood flow during your workouts
  2. It’s not only properly dosed, but there are much more generous amounts of some ingredients than you’ll see in any other pre-workout

L-Citrulline Malate

This is one of the key ingredients to increase blood flow, giving you those insane pumps when you’re doing curls in front of the mirror. But did you notice that PreFIERCE has 7 grams of this stuff?

This is one of many examples of how PreFIERCE is far more effectively dosed than other pre-workouts.

Beta Alanine

Beta-Alanine supports your ability to concentrate and focus, which is something needed for those super-intense workouts.

Some experts advise going through a loading phase (similar to what you would do with creatine monohydrate). But PreFIERCE contains enough at 3.5 grams to be effective without loading.

Betaine Anhydrous

Per WebMD’s research article titled ‘Betaine Anhydrous‘ this amino acid is used for lowering blood homocysteine levels (high levels can lead to many ailments such as heart disease).

It’s clear that lowering homocysteine by supplementing with betaine anhydrous can increase blood flood. This is another ingredient in PreFIERCE that gives you those awesome pumps.

Acetyl-l Carnitine

You’ll find acetyl-l carnitine is most fat burner supplements. Where it has a positive impact on metabolism, this powerful amino acid is also known for improving memory and cognitive function.

The addition of acetyl-l carnitine to the PreFIERCE formula is what gives you that extreme focus during your workouts.

The first thing I do with any supplement is I turn it around and look at the label. I want to know what I’m taking, and how much. And that should be important to you as well.

So I encourage you to do your own research on all of the ingredients on the label.

My Full PreFIERCE Review

Before we dive in, there are a few facts about this review I’d like for you to know:

  • I took PreFIERCE for 4 weeks before writing this review, and have thoroughly tested this pre-workout
  • My serving size has been 3/4 a scoop (not quite a full serving); I started out only taking 1/2 a scoop and gradually increased after a few days
  • I started taking PreFIERCE during the time when the world was quarantined and I was training at home (I’ll explain why this is relevant below)

Week 1 – From the first day, I was shocked by how much greater my energy levels were. Prior to taking PreFIERCE, my energy levels were down, in general. This was during the start of the world being under quarantine and my gym was closed.

My wife and I have some smaller dumbbells at home, so I made the best of it. When I started taking PreFIERCE, I was able to really put more into my workouts. I came up with ways to make my workouts more intense and kept pumping out more reps.

As I mentioned, I started out with a half serving and did this for the first 2-3 days. Since then, I’ve never gone over 3/4 serving.

Week 2 – I was starting to train even harder and I was looking forward to my dumbbell workouts at home with the same enthusiasm I have when going to the gym to lift heavy.

The energy was there, I felt awesome, and the pumps were sustained for several hours after my workouts.

Week 3 – This is around the time when even the best pre-workout supplements start to lose their effects. And I expected to have to increase my PreFIERCE dose to at least a full serving (with other pre-workouts I’ve taken, I’ve easily gone 1.5 to 2 servings by this time).

I actually maintained my same dose of PreFIERCE, about 3/4 serving. And I was still getting the same results, same sustained energy, mental focus and pumps.

Week 4 – My workouts continued to be awesome and I was finding more ways to make my training more intense. I had that sustained muscle energy and my mind was sharper than usual.

I attribute the sustaining effects of PreFIERCE to its label. It’s packed with the right ingredients, but more importantly, it has effective doses, and then some.

In fact, when I first saw the PreFIERCE label, I was like ‘Wow, this looks too good to be true!’

You and I both know that most supplement companies underdose the effective ingredients because those are the most expensive. TruFIERCE clearly did not cut any corners with their pre-workout PreFIERCE.

Pros and Cons

Now I’d like to breakdown the pros and cons below. And these are just from my personal experience and perspective.

  • Pretty awesome pumps

Cons

  • You won’t get that super-crazy hyped-up feeling when you take it – I know some people like that sort of thing

Best Pre-Workout for Mental Focus and Energy

PreFIERCE pre-workout doesn’t take long to kick-in and start working. In fact, you can take it about 5 minutes before your workout if you’re training at home. Or sip it on the way to the gym. That’s usually my preferred method.

Where it doesn’t give you that immediate rush, you will notice what I call ‘sustaining muscle energy’ during your workout. And you can expect that same level of energy throughout your entire workout.

The mental focus during your workout is where PreFierce really shines, and it’s at a level that I don’t get with most other pre-workouts. It gives me the ability to stay 100% focused on every set, every rep. And that’s what helps you push to that next level.

My Conclusion on PreFierce

If you’re like me, you rely on pre-workout supplements. Heck, I’ll admit…I’m a pre-workout addict!

But the problem with most energy-boosting workout supplements is that they work great at first but the effects wear off after a couple of weeks, and in some cases, a few days.

That’s because most of them are loaded with too many stimulants, which your body quickly becomes immune to. Or they’re just not properly dosed. You get the initial energy but then it fades.

What makes PreFIERCE stand apart is that it has the effective doses of the right ingredients. Both of those are ‘hugely’ important if you want a pre-workout that gives you sustainable energy, focus, and that pump we’re all after.

As I mentioned, I had been taking PreFIERCE for four weeks before writing this review. I’m still taking the same dose and it gives me the results, every single workout.
